After the takeover with the new Teamleader and two another losses, the club is still in a very bad condition.

Change #1: Team-Change - Retirement to Youngsters
This will be the massive change with a long term. The whole Team will be changed from the Oldies to the Youngsters. On the focus are the youth with 18-20yo. The club is nearly the end of the league-line, so there is enuff space for experiments. Every over 25yo will be leave the club in the next years. The team will be limited to max. 18 players.

Change #2: Stadium-Downgrade
The stadium is too big for the small club. There will be a cut of several thousends seats, to a better balance between seats, stands and lounge. The install of a heating-system for the field is also on the primary list. Maybe there is money for a bigger LED.

Change #3: Fan-Base
For the future the fans get the prime-focus. A fan-sized stadium with better support for the half-time-break-hunger and bigger space for fan-merchandising, will help to raise and stabilize the incomes for the club. The fan-support will raise in steps from 50k to 100k.

As announced the first step of the team-change has started. 12 players are now on the transfer-list, for a very cheap price.

Today the weekly Fan-Meeting was a disaster. Its starts friendly with a lot of families and their kids who wanna see our new young stars. But a couple hours later, the hall turns in a mess. Its hard to say who start this idiocracy, but it began when an Ultra hit a Bizz-Fan. Both looks like hobby-boxers and after a few words they decide to fight their arguments off - between all others, and especialy the kids. Loud screams, big tears and panicked mothers.
Result: 12 injured, 2 Kids in Hospital and 37 arrests - most of them are Ultras. At least the Co-Trainer goes with a power-punch down. Great job, Idiots!

In a shortly Presidium-Meeting, the Club-President decide to suspend the plans for the Fan-Support and to cut off the current support to ZERO, till to the end of the season!
No money more! If this happens again, the support will halted at zero for the next THREE years.
So it depends on you, dear Fans. Think before you act wild.

There are only two Transferer left, who waits for a new club.
If they don't transfer to the end of the year, they will be expulsed.
